English for Professionals

This course teaches learners to apply the principles of successful professional communication to a range of realistic cases in technical communication. It emphasizes flexible problem-solving skills and a clear style for communicating technical information to a range of readers.

English for Intermediate

This course will enable learners in leadership positions to utilize English in the everyday conduct of their job and responsibilities. Learners in this course will be introduced to basic office management skills, evaluation and assessment of work tasks, holding a meeting, writing memoranda, construction and evaluation of CVs, and basic vocabulary useful in the work setting.

Basic English for Beginners

This course will enable learners in leadership positions to utilize English in the everyday conduct of their job and responsibilities. Learners in this course will be introduced to basic office management skills, evaluation and assessment of work tasks, holding a meeting, writing memoranda, construction and evaluation of CVs, and basic vocabulary useful in the work setting.

Basic Filipino

This course is an introduction to the Filipino language as a tool used in simple social situations wherein lessons may be modified based on the needs of the students. This will primarily focus on developing the latter’s listening, speaking, reading and writing skills with particular emphasis on stress and intonation, vocabulary, and simple grammatical structures. The course will also present cultural notes to aid in the students’ understanding of the language.

Spanish

This introductory course in Spanish develops simultaneously all the four language skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing, in a basic level by making special emphasis on the oral aspect of the Language. At the end of the course, the students will be able to function in a Spanish-speaking environment with some ease using certain communicative skills.

French

This introductory course in French develops simultaneously all the four language skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing, in a basic level by making special emphasis on the oral aspect of the Language.
